Founding Jany Coaching & Consulting is the realisation of a life long dream, owning my own business. The Covid crisis was the trigger. The time was right for me to move on. I decided to pursue my passion of helping others and of business through coaching and consulting.
I decided to offer a blend coaching and consulting service based on my own personal and professional experience. Individual and team coaching helped me and my teams excel, an indisputable benefit. My teams often needed a helping, but experienced hand, to implement new ideas, improvements, change, as the day-to-day activities overtook their intentions.
My goal, and the goal of Jany Coaching & Consulting, is to use my experience to make people and businesses evolve, to “inspire evolution”. The blend of coaching and consulting brings the power of the individual and the deliverable together to make a sustainable, engaging and rewarding future.
So, where are you from ?

This is a question I get very often. I was born and raised in the USA, Chicopee, Massachusetts. My passion for excellence led me to MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I not only obtained a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering but I met my husband.
Shortly after, I left my job at GE Aircraft Engines, married and moved to Toulouse, France. Luck (or fate), I was hired at a new aviation company, Airbus Industries.
I was able to use my experience, work in English (I didn’t speak French at the time) and work internationally. I learned French, but even after all this time, I still have an American accent that gives me away!
My experience
I spent more than thirty years at Airbus, the last twelve years as a Vice-President within four different business functions (engineering, program, procurement and digital development).
I led business critical projects, international teams and major organizational / process changes. I participated in exclusive Executive Leadership programs. I worked at with both C-level and specialists at major aerospace suppliers, like Pratt & Whitney, Collins, Safran, GE, CFM, Honeywell, Rolls-Royce) and government Aviation Authorities in Europe (EASA), the USA (FAA) and worldwide. I became an international expert in Airworthiness and Certification and propulsion system development.
But most importantly, I discovered the people, their love of the industry and the richness of their cultures.
Today I have a unique understanding and practical know-how of end-to-end business needs, international working set-ups, international teams, crisis management and people/team management, including competencies and training. Skills that are not only applicable to aviation but to any complex industry, including start-ups.
